Refund policy
Please review our return and exchange policy before initiating a request.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for items that are new, unworn, unused, and resalable within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition with packaging intact.
Return Label
Once a return request is initiated, a return shipping label will be sent to you via email. Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds. All eligible returns are processed as store credit or exchanges only.
Store Credit & Exchanges
Upon initiating a return, you will receive store credit to use toward an exchange.
- If the replacement item is lower in value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
- If the replacement item is higher in value, an invoice will be sent to cover the price difference.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label, and you may choose between store credit or an exchange.
Shipping Costs on Returns
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
Special Offers Policy
Items purchased under special promotions such as Buy 1 Get 2 Free are not eligible for exchange or store credit unless an incorrect or defective item was sent.
Claims Time Limit
After 45 days, no refunds, store credit, replacements, or compensation will be issued for any reason, including:
- Orders not received
- Missing items
- Damaged items
Customers are responsible for inspecting their orders immediately upon delivery.
Fraud Policy
We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent. If your order was mistakenly flagged, please contact customer support for verification.
Store Credit Policy
Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. Once expired, it cannot be renewed or reissued. Store credit may be used toward any purchase during its validity period.
