Shipping policy

Stock Availability

Items placed in your shopping cart are not guaranteed to be in stock until your order is fully processed and fulfilled. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified via email.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 48 to 72 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once processing is complete, a tracking number will be sent to you immediately. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

Available shipping methods and their associated costs are displayed during checkout.

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been processed. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Lost or Misplaced Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, it is outside of our control. If a package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, the customer must contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.
We do not issue refunds or compensation for lost or misplaced packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the following options apply:

Refund
The order amount will be refunded excluding the original shipping cost.

Reshipment
We will reship the order to the correct address at no additional cost one time only. If the order is returned again due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed during or after shipping. We are not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs.

Damages During Shipping

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly and retain all packaging materials before filing a claim.

Pre-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order item, please allow 7 to 14 days for processing before shipment. Delivery time will depend on the selected shipping method once the item ships.
