Purchasing

● Stock Availability: Items in your shopping cart are not guaranteed to be in stock until the order is fulfilled. If an item sells out, you will be notified via email about the unavailable item.
● Order Processing: During the checkout process, you will be shown the available shipping methods and their associated costs.

Shipping

● Processing Time: Once we receive your order, please allow 48 to 72 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). This processing time is separate from the shipping time.
● Tracking Information: After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the carrier.
● Lost or Misplaced Packages: Once the carrier has received a package, it is out of our control. If a package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, the customer will need to resolve the issue directly with the carrier. We will not issue refunds or provide compensation for lost or misplaced packages.
● Incorrect Shipping Address: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, there are two options:

1. Refund

● The order amount (excluding the original shipping cost) will be refunded.

2. Reshipment

● We will reship the order to the correct address at no additional cost one time only. If the order is returned again due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to resend the order.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility:

● We accept returns for items that are in new, unworn, and resalable condition within 7 days from the delivery date of your order. To initiate a return, click here.

Return Label:

● You will immediately receive a return label by email. The item must be shipped back within 7 days from the delivery date of your order.

Return Options:

● Once you initiate the return process, you will receive store credit for an exchange. Defective or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a wrong or defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, and you can choose between store credit or an exchange.
● Lower Priced Item: If the new item is of lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
● Higher-Priced Item: If the new item is of higher value, we will send you an invoice to cover the price difference. Refunds We will no longer issue refunds. All eligible returns will receive store credit or exchanges. Shipping Costs: Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we made a mistake with your order.

● No Exchanges or Store Credit: Items obtained through special promotions cannot be exchanged for other items or converted into store credit. Claims After 45 days, no refunds, store credit, replacements, or other compensation will be issued under any circumstances. This applies to all claims, including but not limited to:

● Items missing from an order

Fraud Policy

● Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent based on our system's detection.
● Verification: If you believe your order was mistakenly flagged as fraudulent, please contact our customer service to verify your information and resolve the issue.

Pre-Order Policy

● Processing Time: If you are purchasing a pre-order item, please allow 7-14 days for your order to be processed and shipped.
● Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery times will vary based on the selected shipping method and carrier.

Store Credit Policy

● Validity: Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
● Expiration: After 60 days, the store credit will expire and cannot be renewed or reissued.
● Usage: Store credit can be used for any purchase on our website within the validity period.
